Hands on badminton presentation with a focus on addressing problem areas such as serving, stroke progressions, modified games, drills and games for over sized classes. Movement and striking combined and taught so as to induce the most exercise value per class session. Games like "triples must rotate" utilize more students per court and require constant movement by all persons involved. Footwork taught with an emphases on "fun run" and balance. The use of shuffles and crossovers using dance steps as opposed to just running.
