Fitness for Sport
Let’s get down to business and practice our fitness. With Fitness for Sport, students collaborate with their teams to create warm-ups, strength workouts, and cool downs specific to muscles used in that sport. As a bonus, students identify how they will practice mental fitness while they practice physical fitness. With choice and technology students gain ownership of their learning.
